Owned Minecraft Java & Bedrock Bundle, but Bedrock Shows Trial Mode (Windows 11)

I’m on Windows 11 and I own the Minecraft Java & Bedrock bundle. The Microsoft Store shows “Play,” so it recognizes that I own it, but Bedrock still launches in Trial mode whether I open it from the Store or the Minecraft Launcher. When I attempt to look for friends playing on either version it says I need to unlock the full version.

I’ve already made sure I’m logged into the correct account on both the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app. I’ve tried logging out and back in, uninstalling the game, then reinstalling it from the Store (not the Xbox app), and double-checked that the purchase is on the right account.

I’m including screenshots since most posts I’ve seen about this issue usually ask for that info.5839732 5839732-2

Based on what you've described, this could be an issue with the cache token broker of the account and the apps. Just want to make sure, may I know if you have this issue with any other games?

To fix this, please try to follow these steps:

    • Type "Credentials Manager" in the search bar and press Enter.
    • Go to "Windows Credentials"
    • Find and remove all entries:
      1. Starts with or contain "Xbl" (Short for Xbox Live)
      2. Related to the Minecraft Launcher. the Microsoft Store and the Xbox apps.
      3. Related to your account.
    • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
    • Click the ellipsis next to the 3 apps above > Advanced Settings.
    • Select "Reset"
    • Restart your computer.
