Github online test computure issue

I take the GitHub foundation certificate exam on 28th March. I researved the exam with my organisation accont. However, the organisation laptop cannot download the app for the exam (onVue). Also, my personal laptop is not allowed to login my organisation account due to security.

Is it possible to move my exam appointment into my personal account (******@gmail.com)?

    Due to this computational issue, I would like to reschedule the exam. If it is already within 24h, do I have to pay the cancellation fee, if so how much?
