I want to correct my name to Nishabh Shukla as currently mu surname is appearing as double and hence wants to correct it

To update your legal name

1. Ensure you are logged into the Learn Profile that you’d like to change
2. Go to settings in your profile
3. Follow instructions for updating your Legal Name
4. If you see messaging asking you to contact Certification Support, please follow the link and file a ticket with our Credentials Support team.

Name information can be stored in different places depending on where it appears. Use the relevant option below based on where the incorrect name is showing.

1. If the incorrect name is on a Microsoft account (used for Outlook.com, Windows sign-in, etc.):
   • Sign in to the Microsoft account.
   • Go to the profile area where the display name is shown.
   • Select Edit name, correct it to "Nishabh Shukla", and select Save.
   • It can take up to 24 hours for the updated name to appear everywhere.
2. If the incorrect name is on Microsoft Learn (certificates, transcripts, public profile):
   • Select the profile icon in the top-right corner of Microsoft Learn.
   • Select Settings.
   • Under Personal info, username, and URL, update the display name to "Nishabh Shukla".
   • Select Save.
3. If the incorrect name is the legal name used for exams/certifications and was entered incorrectly (for example, doubled surname):
   • Use the official certification support channel to request a correction to the legal name.
   • Go to the certification support page and open a support request explaining that the surname is duplicated and needs to be corrected to "Nishabh Shukla".
4. If the incorrect name appears in Outlook contact cards and cannot be edited:
   • Some profile details (such as name or title) may come from systems managed by the organization’s IT or HR.
