Microsoft for Startups application seems stalled

I applied to the investor network using a code about 13 days ago now.

I did receive a "We've received your application" email from startups-no-reply@microsoft.com.

Nothing beyond that, so given it is almost 2 weeks I'm thinking it is stuck in the system somehow.

When I login to the portal I get navigated straight to apply: https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/apply (there isn't any ? help buttons on the top right)

I can't image it would be rejected, I have an MVP live, it showcases multiple MS products, .Net 10, Blazor, Azure. The code should be valid unless expired?

Who can I reach out to, to find out what is happening with the application? This is the most valid location I could find to ask...

Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.

mark wallis - After submission (once you receive the “We’ve received your application” email), the Microsoft for Startups Investor Network application goes through a manual review process. During this phase, the portal may continue to redirect you to the Apply page and does not display an intermediate status.

    Key points to note:

    • Application review is not instantaneous and may take longer than a few days, especially when verification is required.
    • Promo/referral codes are validated during review, not at submission time.
    • There is currently no direct support or escalation channel to check application status before the review completes.

    Recommended next steps (Microsoft‑supported):

    • Wait for the follow‑up email from the Startups team (approval, rejection, or request for additional information).
    • If there’s no update after a reasonable review period, you may re‑apply using the same account or sign in directly via the Founders Hub login to check if the dashboard becomes available.

the AI response essentially suggested raising a support ticket via the startup portal, but if I go there and login, I always get directed to https://portal.startups.microsoft.com/apply

doesn't matter where I navigate to, it takes me back to apply. So I can't create a support ticket in a 'better' area.
