We have a subscription that has been paid but needs to enabled again. There doesn't appear to be any way for me press an enable button and there is no way for me to call for support.

How do we get someone to press the on button?

    Hi @Randy Coburn

If your subscription has already been paid but is still showing as disabled, this usually happens due to a billing or account status issue. Please follow the steps below:

    1.Check Subscription Status

Go to Azure Portal → Subscriptions

    Verify if the status shows:

    Disabled

    Past Due

    Expired

    2.Verify Payment Status

Navigate to Cost Management + Billing → Invoices

Confirm that the payment has been successfully processed

If recently paid, allow up to 24 hours for the subscription to be reactivated

3.Reactivate from Portal (if option available)

    Go to Subscriptions

    Select the affected subscription

    Click “Reactivate” (if visible)
    Reference:

    Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription

Please let me know if you face any challenge here, I can help you to resolve this issue further
