Try the Below
- Try: https://www.minecraft.net/
- Click on your Profile/Username.
- Select Manage Realm OR // "My Realms" or "Subscriptions.
- Look for a button that says "Pause" or "Cancel Subscription. // https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile/myrealms //
- Check Microsoft Order History: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
- Change the filter to "All Available"
- click on the Order Details / manage link.
- Try Reach Microsoft and ask for billing specialist (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2).
- Important: Just ask for (Billing) not Minecraft
Other Options: Contact your bank and ask them to stop.
