Hello susan george,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We understand that your subscription was disabled. When Azure detects suspicious activity or a violation of the Microsoft Acceptable Use Policy, it automatically disables the subscription to protect both you and Microsoft. Here’s what you can do:
Open a support request with the security team
Sign in to the Azure portal as the subscription Owner or Account Admin
Go to Help + support > New support request
Under Issue type, choose “Security” (or “Subscription disabled”) and submit the ticket The security team will review the details and, if it was a false positive, they’ll reactivate your subscription.
Wait for review and reactivation
It generally takes up to 30 minutes once they approve the request, but in some cases it can be longer.
If your subscription was deactivated due to a policy violation, you might need to confirm or remediate the flagged activity before reactivation.
Hope that helps! If you need more details, let us know.
