I understand how frustrating it is when you’re stuck in a login loop where the sign-in screen keeps repeating.
First, make sure your device is connected to the internet, then restart your computer and try signing in again.
If the issue persists, disconnect all unnecessary external devices (USB drives, accessories, etc.), including your internet connection, then shut down your PC for about 2 hours. After that, turn it back on, reconnect to the internet, and try signing in again.
If that doesn’t help, you can try repairing the system from the recovery environment:
From the sign-in screen:
- Press and hold the Shift key
- Click the Power icon, then select Restart while still holding Shift
This will take you to the recovery menu.
From the Choose an option screen:
- Click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair
Allow the system to check and repair itself, then try signing in again.
