I want to cancel my scheduled examination

Hello, I want to cancel my examination AZ-102 which i have scheduled on April - 8 - 2026, and i want to know that if i cancel my examination, can i reuse the voucher for further scheduling of exam.

To cancel the scheduled AZ-102 exam and understand voucher reuse, follow these points:

1. Cancel the exam from the Learn profile:
   • Sign in to the Learn profile.
   • Go to Profile (from the avatar menu) → Credentials → Certifications.
   • Find the AZ-102 exam appointment and select Cancel.
   • The system will redirect to the exam delivery provider’s site (Pearson VUE) to complete the cancellation.
2. Timing requirement:
   • The exam must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
   • If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if there is a no‑show, the exam fee or company-purchased voucher is forfeited.
3. Voucher reuse:
   • If a company-purchased voucher was used and the exam is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the voucher is forfeited and cannot be reused.
   • If the exam is cancelled properly (≥24 hours before) and the voucher program’s own terms allow reuse before its expiration, the voucher can typically be used again to schedule another exam. Always check the specific voucher’s terms (for example, some event vouchers state that if a candidate fails to show up or cancels/reschedules within 72 hours, the voucher may be forfeited).
