I want to reschedule my exam.Its in-progress state.I am unable to reschedule

I got GH-300 GitHub Copilot exam scheduled on 9/23/25 .I am unable to get the questionnaire screen and it got blank.I didn't attend the exam.And the status is still open in voucher screen.So,that I am unable to use voucher for other exam as well.I want to re-schedule this exam .

    Did you create a case at the time. If you didn't I am not sure what can be done after so long.

    You can only reschedule with more than 24 hours before the exam and not after.

    Also, It is unlikely that the voucher will still be valid as they generally are only valid for 90 days.
