Microsoft Rewards in Ukraine

Question

So, two days ago (25.03.26) my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended. What happened is Microsoft Rewards stopped being available in my country for some reason. And 2 days later it's still unclear if this is intentional or not. Country is still in "supported regions" list. Everyone can check it simply by using a VPN or just viewing rewards.bing.com with free online services that show website looks from other countries.

Although Ukraine may still be listed, It can still be temporarily disabled such as rewards earnings and redemption in a region,

accounts can be suspended automatically especially through the use of a VPN (even for checking something), region mismatch of the IP address, and any unusual patterns.

I suggest to submit an appeal and go here: https://rewards.bing.com/support

Explain the following:

You are physically located in Ukraine and asking for a review of suspension. Include what are you doing before the suspension.
