"This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity."

No clue which category to add this.

Can't login to Azure at all, just get a "Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.". Can't even get to the dashboard to create new one as every URL just gives this error, including Entra.

Documentation (such as https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/inaccessible-tenant) doesn't really help as they mainly just point to portal, which I am not able to access. The phone numbers refuse to do anything but just point to password recovery website. And the "if you don't plan to reactivate your tenant" just points to data protection policies for some reason?

I don't even care about the old tenant, just want to create a new one and move forwards, but can't do anything. I can't even login with my other account because that was added to the same tenant as well, and now even it gives an tenant error: "Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'xyz' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first." It's different at least but how can I add it to tenant that does not exist? Not to mention one should be able to log in to do something about this in the first place.
