I am experiencing an issue with my Hotmail account, where all outgoing emails are being rejected—including messages sent to my own email address.

I have recently purchased additional storage, so I understand that this issue is not related to mailbox capacity.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this problem and guide me through the steps to resolve it? If there are any security restrictions, account flags, or configuration issues involved, I would appreciate your assistance in identifying and fixing them.

    Hello, what error message do you see when sending an email?

    This usually means your account is blocked from sending. Sign in to Outlook.com, complete any security verification prompts, then check Settings > Mail > Rules and Junk email to remove any blocking rules. Also review your recent activity in your account security page and confirm it is you to restore sending.
