Personal Azure account locked out due to lost MFA – cannot access Azure Portal

I am locked out of my personal Azure account because I lost access to my MFA device.

I cannot sign in to the Azure portal and therefore cannot open a support ticket.

This is a personal Microsoft account (not work/school).

I need assistance from the Microsoft Data Protection / tenant recovery team to verify ownership and reset MFA so I can regain access.

I can provide subscription ID, billing confirmation, and identity verification details via private message if required.

    Hello Ahto Karolin,

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
