The area above the yellow line in your image is where Outlook puts All Day Events. This space should expand/shrink automatically based on how many All Days you have in the week. You can't adjust it manually. Looks like yours has gotten "stuck".

    Try resetting the View.
View -> View Settings -> [Reset Current View]

If that doesn't work, come back and we'll look for something else. e.g. "Hidden" All Day events.

    Hello !

Have you tried changing the Time Scale of your Outlook calendar ?

You can do so by following this tutorial : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-the-calendar-time-scale-in-outlook-317618c0-1dd3-45ca-94ac-efa1bbf2af5f

Make sure your Working Hours are also correctly set up. You can do so by opening Outlook Options > Calendar > Work hours.

In classic Outlook for Windows, the Navigation Bar (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, etc.) can be reordered, but its position is controlled by Outlook and cannot be freely moved up and down within the window beyond the supported customization.

    The supported options are:

    1. Right-click items on the Navigation Bar to pin or unpin them.
    2. Right-click and hold an item to move it up or down in the list.
    3. Select More apps to add additional items, then right-click to pin and reorder them.

Mail and Calendar will always remain at the top of the list and cannot be moved below other modules.

To change the overall position of the Navigation Bar itself (for example, between bottom and side), use the separate customization options described in the "Customize the Navigation Bar" article referenced from the documentation.
