Question

Where should I find the saved courses in the Favorite and created new collection ?

Saved courses in Viva Learning are surfaced in two main ways:

1. Collections (including any new collections created)
   • Go to My Learning in Viva Learning.
   • Select the Collections tab.
   • All collections created appear here; open a collection to see the courses saved inside it.
2. Assigned/mandatory courses
   • Go to My Learning and look in the Assigned to section for courses that have been assigned as mandatory.
   • Assigned courses also appear on the Viva Learning home page in the assignment card and on each course’s details page.

Note: Collections are only visible to the creator and people the collection is explicitly shared with; they are not discoverable by everyone in the organization.

If “Favorite” refers to Edge browser Collections or OneDrive Favorites, those are separate features and do not store Viva Learning courses.
