Is Viva Engage ever going to work on old Outlook?

My workplace sends every employee emails through viva engage / yammer into our outlook inboxes (old). Every single time we click on them they crash our inboxes. Is there a fix?

    Yes. This is a known issue in classic Outlook (Outlook LTSC 2021 and 2024) where opening emails from Viva Engage, Yammer, Viva Insights, or Power Automate causes Outlook to crash. Microsoft has marked it as fixed and scheduled the fix for the March 10, 2026 public updates.
