Hi Team,

My AZ‑204 certification expired on 22 March, and I would like to renew it. Due to a family emergency, I was unable to attempt the renewal exam within the given time period.

I kindly request you to reopen the renewal window for one week, so that I can complete the exam. This extension would be extremely helpful for me, and I would really appreciate your support in this situation.

Thank you for your understanding.

Regards, Pulkit

The renewal period is open for 180 days before your expiry date precisely to allow for technical issues and family problems. The renewal window cannot be extended or reopened. There are no exceptions.

My certification expired. What happens now?

If your certification expires, you must earn the certification again by passing the required exam(s).
