Stop Automatic document syncing for my personal stuff.

Question

Every document I type now is automatically converted into a microsoft document like Word, and I DO NOT want this. I want my documents I make in a non-Microsoft program to stay as that format in that program only. I need to talk to a human. Every time I try calling support, I am sent in an endless repeated loop that ends up being unhelpful. PLEASE contact me.
