I have a password on my computer it is in Arabic but the interface language is English so before I type it I change it into Arabic. Now I cannot change it into Arabic even though I type shift+alt (right hand). I know the password but when I type it appears in English. What can I do

At the Windows sign-in screen, the keyboard layout must be switched to Arabic before entering the password. Changing the Windows display language alone does not change the keyboard layout.
Use these steps at the sign-in screen:
