Hallo,
ich habe mir die Lifetime Subscription für Any DvD für knapp 20 Euro geholt, damit ich Blu Ray abspielen kann. Die Zahlung ist durchgegangen und ich habe jetzt die Pro Version, aber Blu Ray kann ich trotzdem nicht abspielen (ich habe zwei verschiedene DvDs ausprobiert).
Blu Ray abspielen zu können wird klar in der Beschreibung dieses Abos beworben und ich hätte gerne mein Geld zurück. Die verschiedenen Microsoft Support-Stellen haben mir alle nicht weitergeholfen.

A BluRay disc won't play on just any DVD player. It must be one that states it can play BluRays. What DVD player (make and model) are you trying to use?

Im using an Asus External Slim DVD-RW SDRW-08D2S-U Lite. I can't find any information on whether it can play Blu Ray or not but as the Any DVD Version that I used gave me the option to upgrade to play Blu Ray I (naively, it seems) assumed that it could.
