This appears to be a bug, as other users have reported experiencing the same issue. Do you have an ad blocker installed? If so, try disabling it and see if that resolves the problem. If that doesn't work, you could try clearing MSN's cache to see if that fixes the problem. To do this, close your other open tabs, then go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies > See all cookies and site data. Search for MSN, expand it, and click the trash icon next to each entry to remove the data.
