ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCKon the Pearson VUE side. - Contact support as follows:
- For general certification scheduling issues and unexpected errors, use Microsoft Certification Support: https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport (as referenced in multiple exam-offer FAQs and transcript issues).
- If the problem is specifically a Pearson VUE account block (e.g., ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL or confirmed by support), contact Pearson VUE support using the link provided on the Microsoft Certification Support page so they can remove the block.
Once the block or backend issue is resolved by support, return to the exam’s “Schedule exam” section on the certification page and attempt scheduling again with Pearson VUE.
