Site not in Bing index, no support reply for over a month, and cannot submit new ticket

Hello Bing Webmaster Team,

My site is not appearing in the Bing index. I submitted a Bing Webmaster support request more than a month ago, but I have not received a meaningful reply.

At the moment, I also cannot submit a new support request. When I use the support page and click Raise a support request, it routes me to Copilot / chat, which then fails with a technical issue instead of creating the ticket.

So I currently have both problems:

no reply to the earlier support request

no working way to submit a new one

The site is verified in Bing Webmaster Tools, but it still does not appear in Bing search results.

Could someone please check this or advise how I can get support when the ticket flow is not working?

    A site is verified in Bing Webmaster Tools does not mean its content will be index. Please double-check and follow the Bing Webmaster Tools standard.

    I really wish I could assist you directly on this issue. However, the behavior you're experiencing is tied to back‑end systems and service functionality, and unfortunately, we don't have the authority or access required to investigate or make changes at that level.

    We also don't have permission to track or escalate the customer request. Since then, I have to say sorry that I can't give you the clear answer for your question.

    Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

    Since you already have summited ticker, please give them some time to response.
