Reinstalled Office 2024 after a problem with my computer but my Product Key has already been used

I had a problem with my computer that required me to reinstall Office 2024, but I have already used the Product Key with my initial installation and I cannot reactivate Office 2024. What do I need to do to reactivate Office 2024.

You can redeem the product key only once. After redemption, the license will be automatically associated with your Microsoft account. In the future, if you reinstall Windows or Office, your Microsoft account will act as the product key, which means that signing in with your account will activate the Office apps.

When you sign in with your Microsoft account on the Services & Subscriptions page, do you see your Office 2024 product listed?
