Backend issue preventing submission on Microsoft file submission/support form

I was attempting to submit a request through the Microsoft file submission page, but I was informed by support that there is a backend issue causing the submission to fail. I was advised to share the issue on the Microsoft Tech Community for further assistance.

Could someone please confirm if this is a known issue and advise when the submission system will be restored, or suggest any workaround to successfully submit the request?

That first link (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission/developer) goes to a page not found error.

The second link (https://security.microsoft.com/reportsubmission) works and loads, but when I try to sign in it shows me this:

"Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '80ccca67-54bd-44ab-8625-4b79c4dc7775' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account."

Not sure what to do any thoughts?

have you checked that:

The maximum total size of all files is 500 MB.

Use the password 'infected' to encrypt archive files.
