To reschedule the AI-102 exam, the appointment must be managed through the certification/learning profile and Pearson VUE.
- Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile and open the Certification Dashboard (credentials area). From there, check the “Exam appointments” section to see if the AI-102 booking appears. If it does, use the options there to manage the booking.
- If the exam still does not appear in the account, manage the booking directly with Pearson VUE, as they host and control the exam schedule. Use the Pearson VUE Microsoft page to look up the exam appointment under the same email/ID used when booking.
- If the account is blocked or there are issues accessing the booking, contact Pearson VUE support using the links provided on the Microsoft Certification Support page so they can locate the registration ID (for example, MS1100…) and assist with rescheduling.
- Ensure rescheduling is done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the full exam fee may be forfeited.
For any issues with visibility of the exam in the Microsoft profile or if Pearson VUE confirms delivery but the portal does not show it, open a case with Microsoft Certification Support so the certification team can investigate and align the booking with the correct Learn profile.
