Purchased 365 but refused to use : unacceptable behaviour by Microsoft

I subscribed office 365 on Mar 14, 2025, and paid CNY 498 twice, but you claimed to detect me as one-time purchase licence, and then denied my right to use it. It's totally unacceptable!

    Is a Microsoft 365 subscription or Office Home 2024 indicated there?

    Are you using this subscription on a different device aside from your macOS device?

    What is the exact error message or issue you are experiencing?
