Did not get credly badge

Question

I passed Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) on 15 February 2026.

My certificate is available on Microsoft Learn, but I did not receive my Credly badge and it is not visible in my Credly account.

Please help me get my badge issued to Credly.

Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications in June 2024. All certifications are managed digitally on your Microsoft Learn profile

Microsoft certifications and badges are now managed directly in Microsoft Learn. Credly is no longer used for issuing or managing Microsoft certification badges, so a new Credly badge will not be generated for the AZ‑900 exam.

To view, download, and share the certification and its badge, use the Microsoft Learn Certification Dashboard and your Learn profile instead of Credly:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open your Certification Dashboard. Steps are in Access your certificates, badges, and transcript.
2. Under Certificates, select View Certificates to download or print your AZ‑900 certificate.
3. Under Credentials → Certifications in your Learn profile, access and share your certification and its badge as described in Sharing Microsoft Credentials.

If anything appears to be missing (for example, the AZ‑900 certification or its badge does not show in your Learn profile), contact Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the context for missing certifications and certificates.
