I have an activated MS Office 2024 set - which seems to be working normally but always shows "unlicensed product" at the top of the pages.

I have been through all the troubleshoot steps to no avail.

Can anyone advise how to fix.

Thanks

office 2024 LTSC proffessional plus via a 3rd party seller. I cannot see any product licenses listed in my microsoft account ( not quite sure where to look) but all my computers are there.

    I see. Thanks for confirming.

Office 2024 LTSC Professional Plus is a volume license product intended for organizations, not for individual retail use. When it’s purchased from a third-party seller, it is often considered a "grey market" transaction that offers high savings, but comes with significant risks regarding legality and long-term functionality.

If you are trying to use this for personal use at home, this is not the correct license type. In that case, you may want to contact the seller and request a refund, then purchase Office 2024 directly from the Microsoft Store to ensure it activates properly.

Should you need further information, please let me know.

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
