Missing legacy MCSA certification from Learn profile.

Hello,

I am trying to access my legacy MCSA certification which I earned approximately 15 years ago. I have successfully recovered the Microsoft account email I believe was used at the time, but the certification does not appear in my Microsoft Learn profile or transcript.

Additionally, I do not see the "Connect certification profile" button in my Credentials tab to manually link my old MCID.

Could you please help me locate my legacy certification records and link them to my current Microsoft Learn profile? I am happy to provide my personal details (Full Name, old email, and exam details) via a private message once a moderator responds.

Thank you for your assistance.

Legacy certifications from many years ago may no longer appear in a Microsoft Learn profile because some older exams and certifications have aged out of the Certification Program and are no longer available in customer profiles.

Since the legacy MCSA is not visible in the Learn profile or transcript and the option to connect a certification profile is not available, the only supported path is to contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the account and legacy records directly.

    Steps:

    1. Review the guidance on missing exams or certifications to confirm typical causes (multiple profiles, legacy certifications, Certiport, etc.).
    2. If the certification still does not appear, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support and provide all available details (full name, historical email addresses, approximate exam dates, and any old MCP/MCID numbers) through their secure channel so they can investigate and advise what, if anything, can still be surfaced or verified.

Use this entry point for assistance:

    • Credentials Support: follow the "For all other Microsoft Certification issues" path to get help.
