    Hi,

If it's a personal computer, the problem might be that you linked it to a work or school account. This computer may have been registered, thus having the policies and settings configured.

In that case, you can open the command prompt (admin)?

If not, you might have to reinstall Windows. However, if it's registered to a work or school account, reinstalling with internet access will get the computer stuck in a domain access loop.

If it's a work computer, then you need to check with the company's or school's IT team.

    Thanks

If you set up your new computer, then you are the admin. Have you tried a right click when trying to install the printer and if shown select, Run as administrator, and select that if it shows.

Did you create a Microsoft account when you set up your computer?
