I just purchased a 356 Personal subcrition but realize i need Buissnes Basic, is ther a way to change subrctiptions ?

Yes. It is possible to move from Microsoft 365 Personal to a Microsoft 365 business subscription such as Business Basic.

For consumer subscriptions (Personal/Family/Premium/Basic), switching to a business plan is handled as a move to a business subscription:

1. Purchase the Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription using the same Microsoft account that should own the business subscription.
2. Follow the guidance in the business-switch article referenced in the documentation: Switch to a Microsoft 365 business subscription.
3. After the business subscription is set up, sign into the Microsoft 365 apps and services with the appropriate account and assign licenses to users as required (per the business subscription guidance).
