Cancelling Microsoft 365 Business Basic

Question

Please can you cancel my Microsoft 365 Business Basic. I am going round in circles trying to cancel it and am now getting emails that I need to pay my invoice. I can’t log in to my admin centre as it says it has to be a work or school email address to log in. Please help!

When you subscribe to Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft automatically provides you with a business account, for example: ******@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com

To sign in to admin.microsoft.com and cancel the subscription, you need to use this business account.

If you do not remember or cannot identify the administrator account mentioned above, you will need to contact Microsoft’s Data Protection team for assistance in locating and verifying your account.
