When you subscribe to Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft automatically provides you with a business account, for example: ******@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com
To sign in to admin.microsoft.com and cancel the subscription, you need to use this business account.
If you do not remember or cannot identify the administrator account mentioned above, you will need to contact Microsoft’s Data Protection team for assistance in locating and verifying your account.
