Thank you for helping, I was able to log into Minecraft but I still have a few questions. Firstly on step 3, I was unable to delete the registry key, as the first command resulted in error. However I skipped step 3, after trying to troubleshoot it and went on. Next, on step 4 I tried to install the Minecraft Launcher on the xbox app, but it still had an error. When I tried the link for minecraft java that you provided, it worked and I was able to get into Minecraft. Do you know why this would happen? Thank you for your help.

Unable to download Minecraft Launcher. Tried uninstalling Gaming Services many times. Extremely frustrating. I paid good money for this game, and I'd like to play it. Why is Microsoft making it so difficult to play the game I paid for? More importantly, how is Microsoft intending to compensate me for its inability to deliver the environment to play the game I paid for?
