here is my answer to my question: Thank you for interceding in behalf of Microsoft...Marcin Policht • Follow 83,350 Reputation points• MVP • Volunteer Moderator

You are correct, I did think you have authority in coming to the aid of not just myself who has been using supporting ever since 1980 when version 2 of the MS DOS was popular. I honestly dis agree with your point that this is not a Microsoft issue.. Their services should have a tracking device that when someone uses their domain name, that it should be redirected and defined as SPAM... There are too many younger and older users that do not understand the matter of Spam and phishing. If you or I had someone misrepresenting us and we cared about our reputation, we would do what we can to defend it. Right? I know that I don't have the funds, resources and the multiple employees to come to the aid of most users... Can you kindly send the concerns that I address to someone that can do something about this awful misuse to the unknowing public... I am only 78 years old and I was hoping someone can come to the aid of this important deceptive redirects... thanks again for trying to help. Rafael

I guess that your system requires that we ask the same question as an answer... Here is my concern again: I think that with your powerful tools available to Microsoft, that you should be able to find the redirected direction and put a stop to it... Otherwise, many inexperienced humble users will be mislead and taken advantage of... YOUR name is being used, and you should be the defender of very trusting users. Are you not concern of your reputation??? If not that is REALLY very bad... You are the giant and we are the users hoping that you will protect us... Rafael

    Yep, this is a scam.

The giveaway claim is designed to grab attention with unrealistic prizes, and the link uses a tracking-style subdomain to make it look official. Scammers commonly imitate large brands like Microsoft and dress up phishing links so they appear legitimate at a glance.

You should not click the link or enter any information. If you already clicked it, avoid signing in and clear your browser session. If you entered credentials, change your Microsoft password immediately and enable two-factor authentication.

The safe approach is to ignore and delete the email. If you want to double-check anything in the future, always go directly to the official site instead of using links from unsolicited emails.

If the above response helps answer your question, remember to "Accept Answer" so that others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the solution. Your contribution is highly appreciated.
