My default quota for claude models is all zero.
I've submitted the quota increase request for claude opus and sonnet for 5 days but there's no response. And the page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5770510/cannot-deploy-any-anthropic-claude-models-on-produ here said I should "For initial allocation, the recommended path is to open an Azure Support ticket and request Global Standard enablement / initial quota allocation for Anthropic Claude models. Several similar Q&A threads have been resolved through support after confirmation that the subscription type and billing profile are eligible."
So please help me with the issue.

It appears your Anthropic Claude deployments in Azure AI Foundry are showing “0” because you haven’t received the Global Standard quota yet. By default, Claude models in Foundry are only available for Enterprise or MCA-E subscriptions and start with zero RPM/TPM until the initial allocation is set.
Verify subscription eligibility:
Claude in Foundry supports only Enterprise and MCA-E subscriptions with active pay-as-you-go billing. CSP, free-trial, student, MSDN, or credit-only subscriptions aren’t eligible.
To Enable Global Standard quota
Please Select “Quota” as the issue type.
In your description, mention:
This is the recommended way to enable initial TPM/RPM.
To request additional quota in Azure AI Foundry, use the Quota tab:
From Gating form
In parallel, fill out the quick quota-request form https://aka.ms/oai/stuquotarequestThis doesn’t replace a support ticket for initial enablement, but it helps get your case in front of the capacity team faster.
Once support has confirmed, you'll see RPM/TPM values greater than zero in the Quota tab. At that point, you can deploy or scale up Claude models.

As Praveen suggested, I've opened the support ticket for initial TPM/RPM. But I only got this from the support engineer:
"Azure OpenAI Service / Azure AI Foundry Service quotas are different from regular quota (capacity) requests, such as requests to increase a virtual machine's CPU core quota. Quota requests for Azure OpenAI Service / Azure AI Foundry Service must be requested using a dedicated form ( https://aka.ms/oai/quotaincrease )."
Obviously that contradicts with what Praveen said: "In parallel, fill out the quick quota-request form https://aka.ms/oai/stuquotarequestThis doesn’t replace a support ticket for initial enablement, but it helps get your case in front of the capacity team faster."

I think that… u just need support to enable the Global‑Std init quota, and if it still stays 0, ask them in the same Help+support→New request to rebind ur region to the billing profile.
