/rRight afer an update, today I believe, my really nice fairly new HP 6100 printer (6155E) WILL NOT PRINT. I do not get the usual menu ABOUT COLOR OR BLACK. IT JUST WILL NOT PRINT AND I NEED THIS FIXED, Are you going to to another update this fix this? Ut us nt defayut wireless prointer and I have NEVER had problewms with printing. I need this for my job at home. I can understand everyone cxan make mistakes, but changing thgings people cannot fix is really problematic as mosat of us are not technicians. Please do another update and fix what you took away from me. Thank you.

I had to spend a huge amount of time with HP on the phone. I explained the Windows iupdate left me without use of my 6155e printer. They did a rescue aplet thing. I am afraid to downbload anymore Windows updates
