I have a red X on my documents folder and another red x by one folder under My Documents in File Explorer. I am logged into One Drive and it says I am only using 7% of my storage. I also run Carbonite to back up my folders. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    Hello

Do you see the ONeDrive cloud icon on the bottom right? If so, does the cloud icon itself also have the red x? Can you sign out of OneDrive, and sign back in, and see if it resolves the issue. To sign out, click on the onedrive icon, go to settings > pause syncing, and use the Quit OneDrive option.

See if changing file and folder permissions helps. Do it like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufMk-Uj_W8c&t=51s
