i think my account has been hacked

so basicly i joined a discord server they needed verification as one does so i enter the email my minecraft account is under which is my momes and once i entered it it took me off the page that was already sighned into microsoft didnt verify me in the server and every attempt afterwards to sign in said that the email didnt exist

My old account got hacked that way and mircosoft unforuntely can't do anything to get it back. If you did happen to get hacked and it's impossibe to get into the account or it keeps popping up as 'email dosen't exist' or 'Send code to Email you dont know' Say goodbye to the account. It's unfortune but per the privacy agreement or whatever with mircosoft, they can not access or change your email or personal information.
