    Hello,

In this case, it's not possible to provide direct support for emulators or third-party software without addressing issues related to Windows itself, as this falls outside the scope of Microsoft/Windows support.

Generally, to use this type of application, it's necessary to verify compatibility with the operating system and the hardware requirements of the equipment, always consulting the developer's official documentation.

We also emphasize that, for legal use, it's necessary to own the original game media and meet the applicable licensing requirements. Downloading or using unauthorized copies may violate copyright and lead to legal implications.

    Thanks

Running PlayStation 2 games on a PC requires third‑party emulation software and game files, which is outside the scope of Windows and Microsoft support documentation. Guidance can only be provided for installing and running software that is documented for Windows.

For gaming on Windows 10 using supported methods:

    1. Install games from disc
      1. Insert the game disc into the PC’s internal or external DVD drive.
      2. Follow the on‑screen installation instructions. An administrator password may be required.
      3. If nothing appears:
        • Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > AutoPlay.
        • Turn AutoPlay On and set defaults for removable drives.
        • Or open File Explorer, browse to the disc, and run Setup.exe or Install.exe.
    2. Run older Windows games in compatibility mode (if they were made for older versions of Windows)
      1. Right‑click the game’s .exe file.
      2. Select Troubleshoot compatibility.
      3. Choose Try recommended settings.
      4. Select Start the program to test.
      5. If it works, select Next > Yes, save these settings for this program.
Do not use Program Compatibility mode for old antivirus, disk utilities, or other system tools, as that can cause data loss or security risks.
    3. If a Windows game reports 3D/graphics issues (for example, Direct3D or DirectDraw unavailable)
      • The PC may not meet the game’s 3D hardware requirements.
      • The graphics adapter may not have enough video memory.
      • DirectDraw/Direct3D acceleration may be disabled.
      • The graphics driver may be out of date.
      • DirectX may be missing or damaged.
      • Background programs may be interfering.
In such cases, update the graphics drivers from the PC or GPU manufacturer, ensure Windows Update is current, and close unnecessary background apps before running the game.

These steps allow safe installation and running of supported Windows games without risking damage to the Dell all‑in‑one PC.
