Hi,
In the case of an update, the first few startups may be slow, but after booting up the computer should work correctly. The slowness could be caused by software or drivers.
You can try optimizing by opening the command prompt (admin) and running the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.
Then perform a clean boot and uninstall applications that you do not use.
In the search bar, type "temp" and select "all," then delete everything.
After that, restart the PC and see if the startup is faster.
In the search bar, type "%temp%" and select "all," then delete everything.
I can instruct you better on the optimization.
If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?
