How to get an accurate page view for a non-standard page size in Microsoft Word

I have set my document size to poster board size, 22" x 28", but when I look at the document in Print Layout, it shows a square page. So I have no idea how it will look on a poster board. Also, and I don't know if this is related, but when I choose Poster Board and hit Okay, it tells me that the margins are too small for the page size. I hit cancel and increased the margin size, but it didn't help. I took the margins all the way up to four inches, but it kept telling me the margins were too small. (I had "any printer" selected, since my printer doesn't handle poster board sizes.

I had no trouble doing this in the past. This looks like a bug in Word. Can somebody tell me how to report a bug in Word for Mac?

To create a 22" x 28" poster, makes a document that is 11" x 14", then print it at 200% using a printer that supports a 22" x 28" page size. Make any bitmaps on the page twice the normal resolution, so the enlargement process does not degrade the images.

The maximum Paper Size for a Word document is 22"x22" For larger dimensions you need to use other software. Larger custom paper sizes can be defined but that is an OS definition which Word cannot display. Most word processing programs aren't designed to handle larger paper sizes.

PowerPoint is one option or using a desktop publishing program... Search the web for mac desktop publishing programs. It doesn't have to be a pro app like InDesign. There are quite a few which are as inexpensive as US $20 & some are free.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Microsoft Word doesn't support pages larger than 22 by 22 inches (see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/answers/questions/5393389/).
