AZ-400 Exam Passed but Certification and Share Option Not Available

I recently passed the AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions exam on March 28, 2026. The exam status shows as “Passed” in my Microsoft Learn profile under the Credentials → Certifications → Past Exams section.

However, I am unable to view or download the certification, and there is no “Share” button available in my profile.

Could you please confirm whether this is due to a processing delay or if there are additional requirements needed to receive the certification?

I would appreciate guidance on how to access the certificate and share it.

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.
