    Hi No Reply

I understand how disruptive it can be when emails are returned as undeliverable, and I’m glad to help you look into this. Please try the following:

1, Check whether your account is temporarily restricted from sending

    • Sign in at: https://outlook.live.com
    • Try sending a plain‑text email (no links, no attachments) to your own address.
    • If you see a warning, banner, or cannot send at all, your account may be temporarily limited for security reasons.

2, Review Sent Items to confirm actual send attempts

    • Go to “Sent Items” folder
    • Open a failed message and confirm it shows a send attempt time (not stuck in Drafts).
    • This confirms the message left Outlook.com and was rejected externally (not blocked locally).

3, Run a security check on your Microsoft account

If multiple providers are rejecting your mail at once, this can happen if an account shows unusual activity.

    • Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/security
    • Review recent sign‑in activity and change your password if anything looks unfamiliar.
    • Enable two‑step verification if it isn’t already on.

Please feel free to let me know how it goes after trying these steps. Thank you so much for your time and understanding.

    Hello,

Are all senders unable to send emails? Could you please provide details of the bounce message so we can discuss the situation? Thank you.

Currently, you can contact the recipient and ask them to add your email address to their list of safe senders to see if they can successfully send emails.
