Microsoft Rewards limited gift cards

Although, in previous years, there were several gift cards of Foodpanda, Metro online, Shopon.pk, and many others, but now some of them vanished, some are out of stock and only shopon.pk exists, which only have offers of Rs 300 and Rs 500 pkr. Is this the regional issue or just the issue with me?

    Microsoft regularly run out of popular Rewards codes, this forum is just a user to user forum, you just need to check the rewards web page regularly until the codes are available again, usually it does not take Microsoft long to restore the popular codes.
