I have my Company mail id for the schedule exam. But, I need to change to my personal mail id. can you help me with this?

Changing the email address on an existing certification/registration profile is not supported directly.

For Microsoft certification and exam profiles, the supported option is to link and merge profiles rather than transferring everything to a different email address:

Keep using the profile that already has the scheduled exam and certifications.
If there is another Microsoft Learn profile (for example, using a personal email), link it to the existing one and merge progress where supported. The Learn profile documentation clarifies that profiles can be linked/merged, but not fully transferred from one to another.
For future exams, schedule them using the preferred (personal) email so that new certifications are associated with that profile.

If the goal is only to change where communications are sent (not the underlying certification profile), update the primary email in the relevant product where that is supported (for example, Clipchamp allows changing which email is primary for communications, but this does not move certifications).

For scenarios like Microsoft AI Skills Fest registration, the email address itself cannot be changed; a new registration with the new email is required.

If this is about a work/school account governed by an organization, contact the organization’s IT admin, as some organizations do not allow users to change their own account details.
