Laptop Not Appearing in Microsoft Account After Windows Reinstallation

I am experiencing an issue where my laptop does not appear in my Microsoft account’s device list after reinstalling Windows. This problem began after I performed a clean installation of Windows 11 due to a malware infection. Although the installation and account sign-in were completed successfully, the device is no longer visible in my account.
Background and Context
I currently use two devices with the same Microsoft account. My desktop, which runs Windows 10, is correctly displayed in the device list without any issues. However, my laptop, which is running Windows 11, is not appearing in the account. It is important to note that when I initially purchased and set up the laptop, it was properly registered and visible in my Microsoft account.
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have taken several steps. I performed multiple clean installations of Windows 11 to ensure that the setup process was completed correctly. I signed out of my Microsoft account and signed back in multiple times, ensuring that the account was properly linked. I verified that all synchronization settings were enabled and confirmed that my account was active across system settings and applications such as the Microsoft Store. Additionally, I upgraded my system from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro to rule out any potential limitations related to the operating system edition.
Despite these efforts, the laptop still does not appear in my Microsoft account’s device list.
There have been no hardware changes made to the laptop. The device is connected to the internet and functions normally in all other respects. The issue appears to be limited specifically to device registration or visibility within the Microsoft account.
