so I've tried to rank up to confirm gold ranking, but I'm stuck with 3/4 ("Your activit), because Microsoft edge won't activate! Please help me out. (When I try to follow up the link to activate, it says, "We are sorry, the page you requested can't be found.")

Besides what the Q&A Assist suggested, I have a small tip you can try to see if it changes the result:

1. When you click the link and go to the page requested, does it look like this?
2. If yes, please check the link on the address bar for the location indicator > www.microsoft.com/XX-XX/
3. If your 4 letters XX-XX is not en-us > manually correct it like the screenshot below and press Enter

The Microsoft Edge activation step for Bing/Microsoft Rewards sometimes fails because the target page or tag is broken. Account-specific reward issues (including rank progress not updating) must be handled by the Rewards support team.

Use the official Rewards support form so the dedicated team can review the account and fix the stuck “Microsoft Edge (Your activity: 3/4)” requirement:

1. Go to the Bing/Microsoft Rewards support page.
2. Submit a ticket describing:
   • That the Edge activation link returns “We are sorry, the page you requested can't be found.”
   • That the Edge activity is stuck at 3/4 and blocking Gold confirmation.
3. Wait for the Rewards team to review and adjust the account if needed.

Community members and general support cannot directly change Rewards progress; only the Rewards team can correct this.
