Company quit MS support. I paid for subscription. Having tons of problems and cannot get help.

I paid for MS so that I wouldn't lose the 20 years of data in my account. Now every 3 or 4 days Outlook unsyncs and I have to repair my email account, log in on every device (3) only to have it unsync at the worst possible times. I go to update the program.
The download is stuck on 0%. There is NOTHING wrong with my connection. It keeps telling me to contact my administrator. I am the administrator. I need to talk to an agent because there is an issue with my account and I don't want to lose my data. I log in over and over to try and get to chat support and I am in an endless loop.

2026-03-29T15:37:21.08+00:00 When I got the AI message from my original inquiry, the link on how to talk to a live agent is a 404, the other links have nothing to do with my issue.

2026-03-29T15:40:18.0233333+00:00 In addition, once I went to an active link, I cannot go back to the AI output from my original question. I know MS wants to make it difficult to talk to someone, but I have a technical issue with my account that a human being needs to look at and cannot get to a live agent and now cannot get back to the long AI instructions that were originally output for my original question. Again, going around and around in an endless loop.
